Kathy, we appreciate your review and are sorry to hear that you had to pay that much for return shipping. Since we cover the shipping out to the customer, we explain in our return policy online that the customer will have to pay for return shipping to cover the initial expense. We do, however, cover return shipping for exchanges but we hear your concerns. -Team Athalonz

Robert, we regret to hear that they are not as comfortable yet as you would like but we do recommend a break-in period because of how they position your body differently than other shoes. Since the technology in the shoe is the main advantage, we designed them to maximize support and stability so your foot doesn't ultimately "spill" out of the shoe.
