Absolutely terrible. The staff on Aternos are totally ignorant to the issues, they don't listen to anyone. If someone gives them any sort of issue, they instantly tell you that you're lying. I had an issue where WorldGuard would get randomly removed from my server after LONG PERIODS OF DOWNTIME. Toothy, possibly the worst one there, loaded the server, opped me and told me it was fixed. I told him the server had been down for about 5 minutes, so there's no way the issue was going to happen anyway. I know the problem wasn't that I wasn't OP'd because if I wasn't OP'd, the error wouldn't have been "Unknown command", and I wouldn't have been able to do any other commands, I tested and I could do literally every other command other than WorldGuard's commands. I got muted on their Discord for "insults" when all I did was tell Toothy to shut up so I could explain my issue, because he wasn't letting me. Toothy especially is incredibly rude and confrontational. Very trigger happy with muting as well. So glad no one can pay for this, and use an Adblocker if you can. Their business model is disgusting and they don't deserve what they have. Disgusting service, should be shut down.

When ever I break a block, it places itself back out of the spawn chunk which makes survival nearly impossible. When I hit animals, they float and it is so glitchy. Also, it takes a very long tie to eat food because of the lag. Also, chunks don't generate well. it seems as the world is very small. It is not as laggy as Minehut. But it is still kind of laggy. Only the lag is a problem. Everything else is fine.

He tenido algunos inconvenientes digamos con el servicio tipo para empezar se tarda 7 minutos y cuando no pones confirmar te lo saca y que desactiven la consola o algo porque eso es un problema para el server ya que a mi me mataba me sacaba todo y también a mis amigos les paso

This is the absolute worst program to host an mc server, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS IT WILL WASTE DAYS OF YOUR TIME ONLY TO GET SENT BACK TO THE START, game sometimes doesnt save, IMMENSE lag, bad staff that do not care about your probems and will blatantly LIE to your face after proving them wrong, just dont use this, there's so many way better free hosting sites but this is NOWHERE close to being AT LEAST ok

3ème fois consécutive que mon compagnon et moi-même rencontrons les même problèmes : - Des bugs incessants : au niveau de la fluidité ça n'est pas ça DU TOUT. Impossible de battre les monstres et de s'approvisionner car les coups ont trop de latence. - La suppression TOTALE de notre progression à la reconnexion du mode multijoueur : QG, EXP, skins, équipements, ... En soit une vraie CATASTROPHE. Depuis peu visiblement puisqu'en mars 2020 lors du premier confinement, nous avons commencé l'aventure sans le moindre problème sur votre serveur. Normalement les mises à jours sont censées optimiser les plateformes au fil du temps, et non pas les dégrader. C'est fou de voir de tels défauts techniques à notre époque avec tous les moyens mis à disposition. Quelle grossière erreur de notre part d'avoir voulu relancer l'aventure en pensant que nous passerions du bon temps une nouvelle fois sur votre serveur. En sachant que les utilisateurs payent pour accéder à ce jeu, c'est tout simplement une HONTE. Nous pensons sincèrement qu'il serait temps de se réveiller pour REELLEMENT OPTIMISER VOTRE PLATEFORME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Voir un problème non résolu depuis 2011 n'est vraiment pas digne d'un soi-disant "serveur" qui se dit offrir de bons services à ses utilisateurs. Vous vous foutez tout simplement de nous.
