I waited 5 minits for 1 buton then the aternos crashed and i need again

Server deleted without e-mail warning. I sent them multiple explanation e-mails with proof that my server was infact deleted without a warning, yet they still try to prove me wrong and avoid accountability. Very rude customer service, handled by inexperienced people.

Server connection experience. -> While connecting to my Aternos server, the server kept telling me to connect to some "Dyn IP" for no reason at all. This is one of the least intuitive connection systems ever, as it fails due to a time out all the time. Sometimes, when you connect, you just transfer and then time out due to "No servers being found". Other competitors like Minefort dont have this clunky connection system. Even after 3 shutdowns and startups (Restarts dont fix this issue) im still being asked to connect to a Dyn IP. Terrible connection.

i left my server in minecraft at night and because of this shitty servers the server didnt reconise i left while i was in minecraft menu so when i rejoined i died.

Miałem super serwer z bratem dużo pracy było włożone w ten serwer ale aternos postanowił mi usunąć mi ten serwer :(

I understand it is free, But having very limited actual control is still a major downside, As I can't change the render distance, The Performance or much for that matter. I advise to just get a spare PC and run your custom server off there using .jar.
