I am so tired of being forced to change my password every time I login to pay my bill. These guys think my life insurance policy requires a stronger password than my bank account.. and it needs to be changed daily. I actually dread my Assurity bill because I know it will take 15-20 minutes to change my password, log back in, get the 2FA code in my email, enter that in, update my password manager, get the annoying pop-up asking me to update my address information then go pay my bill.

I am being charged about $20 a month more than I was quoted.. it's on autopay so I forget about it.. I have to shop for another solution when time allows.

Applied for coverage, I have never been sick, don't take days off of work, have no disabilities, work in a professional office, only see the doctor for annual visits and they denied me for the information I gave them. Go elsewhere... don't waste your time.

Doctor's office submitted paperwork three different times. Assurity claimed it never received not one. My payments were cut off while I was in the hospital for a different operation. After two operations for the P.A.D. my surgeon says I can no longer go back to irrigation work. Yet once again I get a letter telling me I'm only being paid to June 27. I mailed the doctors office the new same forms to once again tell you that I can't go back to work. I had to turn my business over to my 29 yoa son. I never missed a $140 payment since 2018. Why when I need help, I have to fight you every trun.

wish I had gotten my Insurance somewhwere else I have been really stressed since making my claim I am glad I didnt get my Life Insurance from this company They would have paid the claim if I died but everey month they would want my wife to send documented proof that I was still dead thats the way thaey have treated my disability claimI had a heartattack and they keep wanting more proof i send them the forms and they kEEp saying they didn't get them and this month they changed the way you log in. NOW i cant LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT AND tECH SUPPORT SAYS THEY CANT HELP ME. dONT KNOW WHY THEY COULDN'T LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE They are afraid I might sneak back to work and not tell them

For disability claims it's common practice to continue to request information from a policyholder to ensure the person still meets the policy provisions for continued disability. Your agents constantly misqoute policy guidelines and terms. The only reason I can assume that this is done is to sell policies.

So far a horrible experience trying to use this company. I just received a letter saying I have to re-sign tomorrow to get the rate that they should have provided. There was a mistake on their part and they charged more than what was promised. The letter is dated June 9. Postage June 11. Due June 12th. No one answers the phone. So basically The sign up process was a nightmare! Good luck actually talking to a person!
