I mailed my requests three times by USPS and kept getting told that it wasn’t received. I sent it by certified mail which cost me $8.00, and I get an email saying that it was received. It’s taken almost 2 years to accomplish what should have been able to be done with a phone call or have an agent stop by the house and do in a matter of a few days. Not very satisfied with the service provided.

When you message them thru your account, they tell you to call an agent. Keep a customer in their channel of choice. Why did you make me go thru multi factor authentication online if you’re going to force me to call in to your center?? And you can’t see payment history online. Very outdated user experience, and technology.
