So far so good, but the lack of much communication is a little concerning. I've life insurance with other companies before that had more contact. It sort of feels like your pouring money in a hole... Hope to see it again if necessary.

Overall very happy. Have had no issues since signing up many years ago. Not a 5 star because I have no heard anything from the company since signing up. Which is strange to me.

We never want to bombard our customers with frequent emails or calls so we do try to make the process and communication easy. The person I spoke with would not tell me how much I’m paying for my two policies, he only gave me the amount for one of the policies, so I had to estimate how much the 2nd policy is costing me.
