I called to ask that my IRA accounts be closed and cash sent to me. I very explicitly requested that income tax of 10% be paid to the IRS on my behalf before sending the remainder in the traditional IRA account. This was not done, so I needed to find the estimated 2022 tax form, complete it, and send a check to the IRS.

My only complaint is that I receive my bill at almost the exact time it is due, leaving me just a few days to turn around and get it paid. Would it be so hard to mail that out a few weeks earlier?

The only time I hear anything is when you need a "vote" and I have no idea who these people are, or what they really do. It would be nice to have more information sent.

Pleased with the price of the life insurance, the agents were very thorough. However, I received 4 different phone calls asking for my current life insurance. I didn't even think about why this should have been a problem, however, my current life insurance sent me a letter saying that I apparently asked for the life insurance to be cancelled. I didn't. When I asked the agent, she said they didn't have the power to cancel it. But when I called my current life insurance, one of the documents I signed was sent to my current insurance to cancel with my signature on it. I had to do emergency repair with that insurance company as it was still in place for my spouse. So not happy with that aspect.

I can't really review assurity as I haven't received my insurance quote. AND I called the number thinking I was calling assurity yet it was just a call center.

I dont have a problem paying .I dont feel there is any other comunication between us.I could call.or they could sent updated information on my policy.I feel like a policy number not a customer.
