Hi Frank, thanks for the feedback. Once you take out a policy with us it's there if you should ever need it. We never want to bombard our customers with frequent emails or calls so we try to make the process and communication easy, and provide them with the security that their policy will be there when they need it most. However, if you ever have questions our Customer Connections team is always available Monday-Friday between 7:00AM - 6:30 PM at 800-869-0355 ext 4279. Thank you.
