Speaking with D’Julian Keene was a load off of my shoulders. He walked me through all of my options in a way I could understand. Great service and very easy to talk to.

I don’t usually write reviews, but these folks genuinely earned one. Working with Asset Protection Planners felt less like hiring a service and more like bringing a very experienced team into my corner. On the first call they took the time to understand my situation and explain things in plain English. No pressure, no confusion, no trying to impress me with legal jargon. Just clear, practical guidance on how to protect what I’ve built. They walked me through the entire process step by step and made sure I understood why each piece of the plan mattered. That alone gave me a lot of confidence. This is serious stuff, and you can tell they’ve been doing it for a long time. Every question I had was answered quickly, and nothing ever felt rushed or brushed off. What stood out most was the peace of mind I got once everything was set up. As a business owner, there’s always that underlying worry about lawsuits or something unexpected happening. Having a proper structure in place makes a huge difference. I sleep better knowing I handled this the right way. If you’re even thinking about asset protection, don’t wait until there’s a problem. Talk to Asset Protection Planners before you do anything. They’re professional, experienced, and they actually care about getting it done right. I’m really glad I chose them.

I can’t say enough good things about Asset Protection Planners. From the very first conversation, it was obvious they actually know what they’re doing and aren’t just selling cookie-cutter setups. They took the time to understand my situation, explain the risks in plain English, and lay out a real strategy that made sense for where I’m at now and where I’m going. What really stood out was how thorough and responsive the team was. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I never felt rushed or talked down to. The structure they designed gave me peace of mind and a much better understanding of how asset protection is supposed to work when done correctly. If you have assets you care about and want legitimate protection, this is the firm to talk to. Highly recommend!

First of all, They don't answer calls. When they answered (it was Paul in my case), they spoke with attitude and rudeness and gave me expensive quotes. Avoid this company and Anderson Business. They have the same business operation and similar prices (expensive)

I don’t usually write reviews, but when a company literally safeguards your life’s work, it deserves recognition. After a messy business dispute that nearly cost me everything, I realized how exposed I really was. One lawsuit, and 25+ years of success could’ve vanished overnight. That’s when I found Asset Protection Planners. And I only wish I’d called them sooner. From the first consultation, I knew I was in expert hands. They weren’t just knowledgeable—they were strategic, calm under pressure, and legally airtight. They listened. They understood my specific concerns. And they designed a custom plan using offshore trusts, LLCs, and legal tools I never even knew existed. What impressed me most? They didn’t sell fear. They sold solutions. Real, tested, globally respected solutions that gave me back control. Now, I sleep better at night. My assets are secure. My business is shielded. And my family’s future isn’t riding on whether or not someone decides to file a lawsuit. If you’re successful, you’re a target. And if you haven’t talked to Asset Protection Planners, you’re rolling the dice. I trust them completely—and I never use that word lightly.

Brutal and completely unhelpful sales people, will not assist you. Will push you off the phone unless they think they can get a same day cash infusion out of you. appaling.
