I am honestly being generous with the 1 star rating. My point of contact was very nice on the phone, so I trusted him with my novel. But as time went on and I saw the book sell out on Amazon numerous times. I tried to contact them, because I was not getting any royalties and at first got on its selling okay, Then i still got no royalties. I contacted them again and this point they blocked my email and never returned my calls. Do not trust this company,. I have sense found out the company is not USA based they are working out of Asia.
