Askthedoctor system failed. No customer service, no refund.
Buyer be aware. Unfortunately, "Ask the Doctor" ripped me off. The system was not operating correctly the night I needed it, so I never saw a doctor response of any type, and they will not refund my $18 because they insist they answered my question, even though I have no active password or means to read the doctor's answer. They seem to have no methodology in place to listen and understand the glitches in their system. Nor do they seem be concerned, or care. Their only response is that the doctor e-mailed me, or responded on-line, even that much seems unclear. But in any case, I followed their process, I entered my question on line, then waited for an e-mail to confirm my own e-mail, I then did so, then I entered the code numbers on line as requested, but my codes didn’t work. The “help” button on the site also didn’t work. Then I tried the process again and again, nothing works. The system wouldn’t even allow me to reset a code or password. They simply kept my $18, sent me one e-mail to say the doctor answered my question, and they were done with me. I was ripped off. I hope this doesn’t happen to other people.

Dear David, Our apologies about your experience. We looked through your question and saw you read the response and also asked follow up questions with the doctor. Were you able to log in to the system
