I asked a so-called expert about a recent Angiogram expecting it to be free. It cost me @£5.80. They debited my credit card before they answered via their chat line. I asked a further question and then they said it would cost £38.00 to telephone me, I did not pursue it although they kept bombarding me with follow-up emails. I deleted all their follow-up emails and their APP. Even though I did not have ANY CONVERSATION with them they have just debited my Barclaycard £38.00. I DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS PAYMENT. HOPPING MAD. I’m querying this with my credit card company. This is SERIOUS FRAUD. I thought it was a free NHS Service but clearly it isn’t.

MY RATING WOULD BE ZERO, IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME FOR MONTHS, AFTER JUST 1 CALL. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS.

This should be illegal. Taking money without my consent and making it really hard to cancel account. Shame on you

Really bad they have taken to lots of payment from my bank account and I was never connected to anyone so don't bother with them

If 0 stars were an option, I would use it. After sending me a link for payment, I submitted payment information, but I was never connected with the doctor. After payment, nothing happened. I could not submit any info or type anything in the original chat to ask what was going on. I started a new chat. I explained my situation, and figured they could access my previous chat and confirm my payment so I could connect with a doctor. During the new chat, it was obvious the replies were computer generated, generic responses and no one was reading anything. The responses didn't make sense to my questions, they weren't even on the sane topic. I kept asking, "Did you read my previous message?" And the response would be asking me about my meds, symptoms, and I kept replying with are you reading my questions? And they said great, we will connect you with a doctor, here is another link for payment. Total Scam.

I'm like 180% sure this site is a hack. I entered the code and everything just disappeared. Quickly deleted everything from my phone and scanned my computer.

Total scam. I feel completely ripped off and vulnerable. I submitted a question regarding a chronic issue I've had for over 8 months. Paid $18, then was sent an email to confirm my email address. The link lead me straight back to the original website as if I hadn't paid money. There is no number to call. No email address. So now I'm here writing this review. What you're doing is awful. Healthcare is not something to be messed with. I hope you are treated this way in the future when you're simply trying to receive help. I want my money back.

Do not use this service, it is a complete rip-off!! I had some skin-related questions which I posed to a dermatologist and paid a very high fee of $170.00; I was experiencing health anxiety and really wanted a clear and detailed answer to my concern; I presumed by the price that I would get it from this website. First off, they billed my credit card twice for the fee, never answered my emails to customer support regarding the same, and I was forced to contact my credit card company to report it as a fraudulent chanrge and to have a new card issued. My question was thereafter answered in two short paragraphs, and when i attempted to upload images they would not upload properly; I thereafter emailed the images to customer service and they were still never attached to my question. My follow up question was NEVER addressed or answered by the doctor. Call me stupid, but when I had another (neurotic) skin related question (caused by my health anxiety), I tried the service once again and paid a fee of $100.00 for a dermatologist's response. My question was only briefly answered, and I was told to address my anxiety (yes, I think I realize that is an issue for me right now, all I was looking for was to have my dermatology question answered). I thereafter asked a follow up question, which was NEVER addressed or answered. COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!
