We worked with Pete Martin to sell our staffing firm in 2024. He helped us identify our "why" for selling, what we wanted/expected from a transaction, how to best position the business, and who might be a potential buyer. Then, he helped us execute the sales process from start to finish. Selling a business is an overwhelming, grueling process. Frankly, I don't know how we would have gotten through it all without an advisor like Pete. He kept us moving, pushed us to take care of tasks we'd rather have put off, answered every question, coached us when we needed it, and respected our wants, needs, and decisions. Highly recommended if you're headed down that path with your own business.
