I am writing to formally request a full refund for the total amount paid for my consultation and care. The medical consultation and overall service I received were completely unacceptable and showed a severe disregard for patient well-being. Furthermore, the supplements provided as part of this service failed to assist me and only escalated my condition. Please process a full refund to my original payment method immediately. I expect a written confirmation of this refund within [Insert Number, e.g., 3] business days.
