Terrible service...I was on the site after paying for 1.5 hours waiting for a doctor only to be told by a rude customer service that the doctor had attempted to reach me 2 mins after I posted my question. The software never connected me with the doctor. The bot is useless

I am happy to say that Askanswer.com refunded my money for a subscription I had never requested. Thank you
