Great service and unbeatable rates! Sonny and Stephanie are so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will never go to anyone else for a home loan or refinance.

My loan experience was so easy and …
My loan experience was so easy and Sonny stayed in touch with me every step of the way. This was handled by phone and email and also phone contacts. I just took pictures with my I phone of the documents that Sonny needed and within 2 weeks my loan was complete. Sonny explained the cost involved and stayed true to his word. There were no surprises. I highly recommend AS IS LENDING INC.

Awesome team at AS IS Lending !!! Whole team at AS IS Lending is outstanding and committed to providing personalized service. I had 8 loans refinanced in about 3 weeks from application to funding. Sonny and Carol were especially very helpful and responsive during the whole process. I highly recommend AS IS Lending for all types of loans.
