Working with Ted was a delight from the start. He was knowledgeable, efficient and made the loan experience as painless as possible. This was by far the smoothest transaction we’ve had since buying our first home almost 40 years ago.As Is Lending is very fortunate to have an employee of Ted’s caliber.

Nick Adam, Thao Nguyen, Jules Kim were all superstars in helping me with my home loan last year. They were all so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. So much so that I'm returning to them for a refi this year. I highly recommend As IS Lending.

Amazing Service! I couldn't be happier about my experience with AS IS Lending. They helped me purchase my first home and then, a year later, helped me Refinance so that I wouldn't have to pay PMI anymore. Love Sonny and his team!!!
