Things went pretty good throughout our loan experience. Because we were going from a FHA to a conventional loan and Are Foster parents it made it a little bit more difficult. Ted did a really good job in helping us stay in tune with the loan and not getting up disappointed that it was taking A while to close. Thank you so much for everything and we are on a better path now.
