I feel like some of these accounts might be real, costs too much money to figure out. You need to do like a week full free trial first if you care for your customers cause right now I HAVE to spend money just to expose certain accounts. Also, how do I report them directly to the adminew and know for a fact you got the report, cause I'm real as hell, and if I think you guys overlooked it then I'm out 100%. You guys need to figure out a way to ensure your customers have a chance to see how many bots and catfish there are out here instead of wasting money, which just kills your business. Do you require them to hold their ID up to their face? Is it the exact same process? It seems like they can send messages as much as they want without paying. Cause they're sending me pics, messages mail, and I can barEly say hello. I like the idea but it's started to get fishy, you guys need to fix this or your company is going to fail, bad. Just looking out bro

They do so by presenting documents and recording a video. Once the Moderation team receives such information, the member's profile becomes verified, meaning there is a Verified Member sign. Also, validated members use our services free of charge as they have other limitations though. Kindly note that we are not able to prohibit other members to write to you. We give all the members an opportunity to initially reach the man/woman they are interested in. We understand that this amount of chat invitations can be a little frustrating but for now, we don`t have the feature of limiting the chats requests. But we will also pass the feedback to our Development Team, and maybe, they will come up with something in the future. At the moment, you may block the particular member from writing to you in case you do not talk with her/him at all.
