my fiance ordered me a shirt and never received it. he called and was told they would refund him which i think they did but we wanted the shirt but never got it. this has never happened the last time he ordered me something.

Cool place to shop for a change of pace.. picked up a kimono dress for the wife, a ninja outfit for the kids and some paper lanterns and party favors to ring in the new years and even some stuff for the kitchen. I kind of thought the stuff would come cheap quality as it was not that expensive, so I was really surprised when it came and every idem was of a much higher quality then I expected.

I ordered my wedding favors through this site. They were shipped promptly, arrived quickly, and were exactly as advertised. Out of 51 (very fragile) items, 3 were broken. I sent an e-mail and picture of the damage, and quickly received a very nice note from customer service that they would replace the broken items. Absolutely positive experience, I will order from them again, and do recommend them.
