Unprofessional, Unaccountable, and Unfit for Client Work
I hired this agency for ad management services in July 2025, but the experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately damaging to my business. Despite promising structured ad strategy, they failed to deliver on multiple basic fronts: It seems like no one in the agency even knows how to use Facebook ad manager properly, not to say improve ad campaigns. - No A/B testing was done, simply because the team doesn't know how to set up minimum spending, so all budget automatically goes to one of the A/B testing campaign. When I raised the issue, this wasn’t acknowledged, and they continued as if nothing was wrong. - Ad creatives were published in the wrong aspect ratios, and I was told that it's not possible to set 9:16 ratio for Instagram stories in a carousel - which is simply not true. When issues happen: - Critical delays in communication, often taking days to respond while ad budgets were being wasted on underperforming campaigns. - They consistently divert questions instead of providing clear answers or taking responsibility. Working with this agency will waste your money and your time.
