DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. I ordered three items, coming to $143.57. They arrived 3 weeks later and were completely different to what was advertised and two of the tops were damaged. The website claimed the items were cotton and acrylic, but they were all harsh polyester. I contacted the company immediately with photos of the damage and pointing out their false advertising. Their response was "we'll give you $70 back and you can keep the clothes." I responded saying I didn't want the clothes and I wanted a full refund. Their response was "Okay, we'll give you $80." I responded with the same response. They sent me more responses "We'll give you $88." "Our best offer is $90." "Okay, our best offer is $110." I explained this wasn't a market place where one could haggle with a seller - I was the customer and they had provided me with faulty items and items that were not as described. They also said that if I returned the clothes, I would have to pay for the return and they still wouldn't give me a full refund. They eventually said "$123 is our best offer." So, I got Paypal involved, who were also a bit of a mare. ARWDC responded to my Paypal dispute saying "The best we can give you is $120." When I said no, they responded saying "The best we can give you is $88." ?!?! Going down in price!!! I kept messaging Paypal and eventually Paypal issued a full refund and I tossed the clothes in the bin. Utterly ridiculous. Be warned.

DO NOT BUY from this website. This is a scam and false advertising. The top and dress I bought look NOTHING like the picture on the website. Both were cheap, drab replicas. I emailed the service address the same day the items arrived and asked for a full refund and their contact details so I could send the items back. They refuse to take the items back and will not give me a full refund but said they will compensate me $12. The full refund is $77. In their last email they said if I want a full refund I had to travel from Australia to Dubai to get it! Do Not buy from this website!! Beware. SCAM. FAKE. I should have read other reviews first. Shocking customer service - scam website!

Still waiting for my product after 1 month heard nothing from them

BEWARE ! Really disappointing products ( nasty ‘plastic’ fabric, wrongly sized and not correctly labelled inside) and impossible ( so far) to get a full refund despite offering to return the items as soon as they arrived. Customer service not helpful at all - despite the ‘anything we can do to help’ message on the contact info. So far I have been offered 3 refunds - increasing each time but not the full refund and I can keep the products..? I don’t want the products - all I want is my money back !!

This site is listed on many scam beware sites. It is NOT legitimate. You will NOT get anything like the product shown on their site. The positive reviews on this site are also 99% fake.

The top I bought was shocking, bad quality nylon and nothing like what I ordered, please don’t buy from this company

These jumpers and cardigan are such bad quality and not as pictured at all - not to mention totally overpriced. They’re also in Dubai so sending back is way too expensive. They sent a small refund but not even close to half the cost. I do not recommend buying.

The dress I received from this company was not anything like the the picture on their website. The dress I received was of poor quality and looked nothing like what I had ordered. When I tried to return the dress they could only offer me some of the amount I paid for the dress. Not the whole them out. I have never had a company not return the full amount for the product I paid for Nguyen returning a product. I will never order from them again..
