The garment I ordered was nice looking at first glance.2 pieces; 1 piece seemed well made. The other was very cheaply made. The size was WAY off, 2 sizes smaller than their own sizing chart. That's not the biggest problem: awrdc states that you have 30 days to return or exchange. However, that is impossible. No phone # available, not even through the credit card company. So I kept hitting the CONTACT US Button, which just takes you to a sales page. I finally found an email. So wrote them. They offered me a $9 refund on a $40 purchase. So went back to my card company, they took care of the matter and I got a complete refund on my card. BUYER BEWARE

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON SENDING AND PAYING FOR YOUR RETURNS TO DUBAI! Although they list a New Jersey return address they will tell you to send your poorly fitting clothing back to Dubai. The sizing is off ,the service stinks. Everything must be done by email because they will not supply you with a telephone number for customer service and you only get one email a day and you will not be happy with what it says..STAY AWAY!!!!

Ordered my normal size but the clothes were very small (after waiting for weeks to get them). Cannot find the website to request a refund nor can I find a number to contact them. I have a feeling this will be a "lesson learned".

I ordered a two piece outfit and it did not fit. The top was too small and the pants were too large. I paid $66.98 to include shipping. I contacted their returns service and was offered $11.00 for this and I would also have to pay for the return postage!! Beware! Do not buy from this company!! They claim they have a 30 day return policy.

I ordered a 2 piece outfit which did not fit and wanted end a return label. I emailed 3 times for the label and I still did not get it. The bad thing is I paid for the outfit already so I guess I’m out $62.00. I will never order from this site again. Still no label today.

I would give no stars if I could. Cheaply made clothes at high prices. Look nothing like the pictures. Zero customer services. I found it impossible to get a refund and there is no way to return the item. Scammers- avoid like the plague as you will loose your money.

The fabric feels cheap and hems were just overlocked. Sizing is accurate. They have a returns policy on their website, which they completely ignore and you must pay return freight for all returns. When advising them of a return, they made an offer of 20% of the cost price and requested that I keep the items instead. I rejected their ‘offer’ and they responded with a higher offer several times until I advised that I would be informing my credit card company. They then agreed to a full refund on receipt of the returned items.

DO NOT BUY from this site. The pictures are fantastic, the goods are shocking. The 2 dresses I ordered are of such thin material they are unwearable and are massive (no way a size 8). The company is refusing to give a refund, but has instead offered "compensation" which I am disputing. I do not believe the positive reviews on this website can be correct. It all feels like a big scam to me.
