I am new to paint by numbers for adults so I was very surprised at how professional everything looks when it first arrives. On the first day after unboxing I attempted to gesso the canvas and ran out. By the end of the day I already had another order for gesso sent out for me in the mail

What great customer service!!! I recently placed an order and I mistakenly provided an incorrect delivery address. I didn't notice it until I received the tracking information and I informed the company, but it was too late to change the address. Here's the good news. I received a response to my email, stating that they would reship another package to the correct address at no charge WOW! That was completely unexpected and out of the blue. That's what great customer service looks like. What company does this anymore? Artspark Company does, that's who. You made my day! Thank you again!

Love the artwork and how easy they are to do. Getting replacement paint is so simple. Just had to email with my order number, the artwork, and the pot number. No questions asked, new pot on the way.
