Great products and helpful customer service. I've bought from them repeatedly and only once had a small issue that they fixed very fast.

After my order, I received a sms by someone who want to confirm the correct adress and i need to tell i find this really suspicious. I sent few questions by email for test and i received very fast answer so i find this very suspicious again but nothing confirming it was a scam . I finally decide to let thing go and crossed fingers i will receive my package. I am very happy to say i received it! Not a scam at all, just a super service! Quality is good. Quantity of paint is appropriate. Very happy

Very helpful and very quick responses to customer service questions. Would definitely buy again.

The team is amazing. Fast at replying and even double checked my address immediately after I sent in the order. They are very helpful and seem happy to help.

Customer service was great

I made an order for a large custom canvas. When there were issues with the pixels on the picture I provided, they worked with me to adjust a different version of the picture to work. It arrived almost perfect! The delivery company punctured the box and the canvas tore. I reached out and without hestitation, ArtSpark assured me a replacement will be sent! The insurance policy covers delivery issues. But you wouldn’t have to know that, they didn’t even mention another resolution. So easy to work with!

My purchase was delivered to the wrong address and I got a response almost immediately after I emailed customer service saying they would send out my order again asap. I just received it, and I can't wait to get painting. Thank you!

Mark with customer service responded to me very quickly. My order ended up never shipping, so I decided to reach out and see if there was an issue and the very next day I got an update on my order saying it shipped. Customer service was so kind and they said that if my order didnt update they would get a new order created and shipped out. They also gave me a discount code for the next time because of this issue! Im really excited for these paint by numbers!
