I am receiving a survey before the product, I ordered an expensive ass t-shirt 2 months ago and it's supposedly been sitting in Georgia for 2weeks and hasn't moved and I get zero help from customer service.....I just want my shirt.....terrible experience so far

I revived my order on January 24th and the shirt was too small even though I followed the sizing chart on the website. They have a policy where if you order an item and it is too small that you cannot return it. After reaching out, they said they would send me a new size because it was my first order. After that, I reached out three times asking for a tracking number for the new item. There was zero contact from January 26 - February 7 which the company blames on production being halted due to the Lunar New Year. I am not saying the production wasn’t halted but it is fascinating they could respond to my email on January 25, during their halted production time, but not the three other times I asked for assistance during this timespan. As I told the company I would do in my last email, I posted the charge as a dispute. Funny enough, they responded to me on 2/7/25 and stated my new shirt had been shipped. Then today, I get an email saying they were notified the charge was disputed and are holding the “shipped” item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

Scam! Didn’t find out it all ships from China until I got the tracking email. No where on their website does it say anything about it shipping from China! It lists a warehouse in Nevada! Low quality Temu crap that takes months to get to you!

Guess I got scammed ordered 2 shirts a month ago and all it says is that's its in new York and can't get no one to answer me

The 7-10 days shipping is completely wrong. My order has "arrived in jamaica NY" and "departed Jamaica NY" every day for the last 20 days and when I asked for a refund they just said thank you for your patience, your order is on the way. I got scammed.

They steal artwork from other artists and profit off of them. All of this work is from hardworking small businesses!

I ordered my shirt 2 weeks in advanced to a concert I was going to. The shirt was delivered outside of the 7-10 day period and it made it a few days after it was supposed to. I was going to still keep the shirt however a 2xl Tshirt fits like a large and upon contacting customer support, they offered me a 35% off coupon. I am disappointed with this company. While yes the products are nice, they do nothing to help their customers….

The art work you're using for your shirts are all stolen artwork. You should be ashamed trying to profit off of the hard work of others. You're a scammer and a scab. I hope justice finds you
