They had accidentally sent 1 wrong shirt out of an order of 4 and offered to send a replacement with no issues. Shirt quality is good and I would recommend to buy if you are sitting on the fence.

I ordered a t shirt, unfortunately it came damaged (from transit), artsholic sent me a replacement immediately, and a 25% discount code. The t-shirt is really good quality, and the print is great! I will order again

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I purchased two shirts from them. The quality of the material was so good, a nice thick but soft cotton. And the graphics are vibrant and clear. The size I purchased was bigger than I expected it to be, and when I contacted customer support they offered to replace the shirts with a different size free of charge. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I ordered a T-shirt for my son-in-law, a few days later I could not find the confirmation and thought I had not ordered the item. I re-ordered the T-shirt which arrived and I was very happy with the quality. A few days later a second T-shirt arrived, at this point I realized my mistake. I sent an email to Artsholic explaining my mistake, they responded the next day and were so understanding and said they would be refunding the second payment and to keep the second T-shirt and give to someone. I am so impressed with their customer service and the quality of the tshirt.

The heavy quality of the t shirts is pretty good. Some places charge a lot and when you get the shirts that are poor quality, not heavy and the collars just roll up

Customer service has been nothing but respectful and understanding. My package did take a while and somehow got mailed to the wrong place but they are great and have sent me a new one.

Excellent service and product quality. For my very first order I was able to get a new shirt in my correct size at no extra cost without trading in the old shirt. It was very generous and kind of the company.
