After waiting several weeks for my order and not seeing an update I reached out. Told that they were very busy but my order was in the warehouse. 2 weeks later and it finally ships. One bottle leaked all over. Try a different company.

Was happy to find sanitizer in stock, shipped quickly and everything was great. Then I reordered and the formula changed - it smelled like vomit. I wrote customer service to ask for a return or refund and just...never heard back. Didn’t order again!

Charged me $1 without asking my permission for some tracking app that I have no intention of downloading or using when i can track for free via USPS. It is theft !!

I love Scalp 18 but the customer service and shipping is GARBAGE. My order has been in processing for 2 weeks and I've been trying to cancel but no one will get back to me via email or phone. Their phone line says something like "we respect your time, leave a message and let us call you" but they never call you back and clearly don't respect you. I've also emailed twice with no response despite promises to hear back within 24-48 hours and now its day 5 :)

I'm giving two stars only because I actually received one of my orders. I placed two separate orders on 4/6. Received a notification from UPS that a label was made for the first one. That order still says a label was made, no tracking available. The second order my parents received the next day. I received the order shipped email the day after that. Sent an email to the company on Wednesday asking about my first order. No response. Early this morning I filed a claim with PayPal for my first order. I understand this company might be overwhelmed with orders however that does not excuse the absolute horrible customer service. I will never buy anything from this brand ever again.
