Product never recieved

ArtNaturals Hand Sanitizer Scent Free, After I placed the order online for a gallon of the product, it was over a month before I received it. In the meantime there was no one answering the phones at ArtNaturals to let me know what the delay was all about. I then found smaller, 1/2 pint bottles of the product at a local retailer. I passed these smaller bottles out to family members, advising them to use the gallon jug for refills. Then recently I read a report online about there being the more than the allowed limits of Benzene, a known carcinogen. We are not talking about 1% or 2%, it was tested at dangerously high levels. I am just waiting for the FDA to come out with their findings before I determine my next course of action.

Hello there, Unfortunately my experience with your products in null, since my shipping never come, I got charged for the products and never received them, when I called inquiring about the products, I was told I was out of luck, since they had no information on my order what so ever.

Toxic. I received a hand sanitizer product that stank with a chemical odor that irritated my nose and throat and made me feel ill. They said there was a "bad batch" and sent me a replacement which was just as bad. They would not accept a return and I had to treat it as toxic waste which was logistically challenging during a pandemic. Then came to find out the product was contaminated with benzene, a known carcinogen! Look it up. It took a long time to receive the order and no way to contact customer service. No communication once order was placed but quick to take payment!

Art naturals increased the prices dramatically during the pandemic and price gauged its customers. The alcohol smell was super strong!! Also they gave a non scented and coconut scented (that did not smell like coconut) and through my many emails to them I got no responses and their phone lines were messages saying they were too busy. I believe the company's way of treating customers says a lot about their business and this is NOT one I would recommend.

I liked my purchase at first, but then it broke and won’t even turn on.
