I ordered hand sanitizer on March 12 and now it’s almost July and I still did get it.

Scams... they say order didn't process and then they say they back ordered or out of products...and takes them back and forth multiple emails before even trying to resolve issue... almost $100 scammed ... please broadcast this on all social media sites... you might after months get your order, but they don't say that.

Shocking company . Never respond to emails . Who runs these places ?! No business sense whatsoever . Why bother setting these companies up if they can’t be run properly

Like many others they charged my paypal account one month before the product actually shipped. They stated all orders ship within 48 hours but that is a LIE...all they do is create a shipping label within 48 hours and then a month later ship it out. Also, the "unscented" hand sanitizer smells horrible, the gallon was not full, and there was no safety seal on the top. BAD COMPANY!! Deceitful and sketchy.

Charged my card, never sent me product. I finally got a tracking number from them but it was a return to sender. They provide no record of your order so I can't even verify that the address provided was correct. what's worse is that this is a business purchase and they refuse to give me a receipt for original purchase let alone a refund, so I can't even close my account for the month. My only recourse at this point is to report it as fraudulent and get a new card #. Don't even think about giving them your money!

I ordered their hand sanitizer in good faith DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE and this is what they sent me, Dawn Dish soap!!!! As of yet I have not managed to get a refund or any response from the company. Do not trust them!!

Not a single good review! that sums it all!!

I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer in April and they sent me crap. The smell of tea tree oil in it is overpowering and there should NOT be tea tree oil in it. Tea tree oil is NOT listed on the ingredients. It smells disgusting. There is so much tea tree oil in it that when I put it on my skin, it burns my skin. I contacted Art Naturals through email - no reply, Facebook - automated reply but no reply from a human, and Instagram - reply from a human who told me that they were passing me off to someone else and no one got back to me. I filed a claim on PayPal. They took the maximum amount of time to respond to my claim and then they had the audacity to offer a partial refund. I expect a FULL refund for this useless crap. I ordered unscented alcohol based hand sanitizer and I received a gallon of gross congealed gel like substance full of tea tree oil. This is not ok. Total scam artists. Do not give Art Naturals your money because you might not get what you ordered and you won't get your money back.
