The first order I was sent 3 lemon instead of lemongrass.. but they ended up correcting it so I purchased again and this time the avocado oils was halfway empty and leaked over the order. My last AND final order was a my fault. I should’ve just said screw the sale and pay whole price but nope. Ordered during the holidays and (dec) & JUST received missing pieces frm my order in May. Just horrible shipping. The carrier oils have been good but the essential oils don’t last / not potent

Totally non responsive and it took forever to get my sanitizer last year. When I received it, the seal was open, allowing the contents to leak. Would not recommend at all.

First, my package was lost, and the USPS instructed me to notify the sender. I called and left messages and had no response. Then I sent an email, and again, no response. Finally, my package showed up, and it was packed so badly that two of the bottles had leaked. What a mess! Again, i tried to contact the sender, and again I received no response. When I finally was able to use the product, the quality was not consistent among the bottles. Recently I was shopping in a local Rite-Aid Drug Store and saw your product on the shelf. I told the manager that I would never use that product. Thank you for asking.

We ordered during the pandemic. Order came much later than promised and the contents were badly damaged. Most had to be trashed. They did not refund any of it Would never buy from them again.

The sanitizer smelled absolutely awful. It was very strange that some were thick and some were very thin. Then we learned that many of the Skews were toxic so we threw everything out. I would never buy any other product of yours.

My order was defective. They shipped me a replacement order and their placement order was also defective. The consistency of it was like snot and it smelt rancid! I demanded a refund they refuse to give me a refund so I contacted my bank / original form of payment and reported fraud. My bank gave y'all the option to send a refund and y'all didn't even send the entire refund! You'll get me out of $5 but at least I got the $44. Never again
