Everything was fine until Bloomberg published an article stating ArtNaturals' hand sanitizer had the highest benzene levels in over 150 hand sanitizer brands tested. So not only was the hand sanitizer outrageously expensive (which was fine at the time because I thought I was buying a high quality product), I'm now at risk of getting leukemia from using it. When I submitted a request for a refund, no one responded. Unacceptable business practice.

Very poor service and delivery is so horrible, I am ordering the item many time for business and last couple orders s never coming fast…!! I believe i have to go somewhere else…

Not good products watered down

Terrible customer service.

Had to email numerous times before order was shipped. This has happened on numerous occasions. This was the last shot. Unfortunately, the products were not bad. Wish I could say the same for their responsiveness.

Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t buy dirt from them.

I’ll never do business with you again. I ordered one of your 2 for the price of one specials and then waited forever while you sent me ONLY ONE item. Then after I emailed multiple times, I finally received the other item but no discount, no apology, nothing for all the stress and extra time I spent trying to get what I had already paid for. You used to be a great company to do business with, but, something clearly happened.

I have been ordering from ArtNaturals for many years. I continue to make purchases only because I feel their products are superior to other brands available. HOWEVER, more often than not, one or many of the essential oil bottles leak in transit (an issue long before the pandemic). In fact, my order arrived today (June 10) and a bottle leaked. I used to get great customer service and concern on their end, that is not the case any longer. I stopped contacting ArtN with the issues. Might seem silly but it is an issue when a bottle is half full and I am made to feel like I am the one with the problem.
