Had an package get to my residence way after the expected delivery date, when I received the items they were clearly not as advertised and I felt scammed.I sent multiple emails asking for help and none were answered. Even today when I see art naturals products in the store I just keep walking. After such a terrible customer service experience, I don't even trust this company or the quality of their products, I imagine that they are consistently terrible.

You sold a dangerous product (i was buying the product before the pandemic too), I reached out to you about your hand sanitiser and you Ignored me. I won't be purchasing products from your company again. Feel free to send a generic macro in response, but I won't be a returning customer.

Every bottle smells like alcohol - not rubbing alcohol, tequila or a mixed drink. It’s so bad I can’t open the bottles in an enclosed space.
