I never received the product. I emailed the company and was told too bad, it's caught up in delivery somewhere.

Worst experience ever. Customer service is awful and rude

At the height of Covid-19 in April & May- I placed 2 BIG orders-each 64 bottles. I understand everyone is overwhelmed but to reply an email takes 1 minute. No one would ever try to reply. I was left LOST- what I should do- order from somewhere or wait. Now I see the products at Sprouts grocery store but it will be hard for me to support the company

No problems with order and delivery, but big problems with the reports that my hand sanitizer might be contaminated with benzene. Art Naturals did not respond to any of my MANY questions and requests for information about this potential problem and I have to conclude that they’re a dishonest company. I have not and will not ever order from them again, nor will I purchase anything from their brand at retail outlets or through third parties.

Heavy price gouging at the beginning of the pandemic. Not sure why they're requesting a review a year later, but I only have made one order through them and will never buy any product of theirs again. In addition, online sources have said their sanitizers may contain benzene, which makes the $9 or so per 8 oz bottle even worse.

There was a big delay in shipping. So I asked to cancel the order. It was difficult to reach them and they shipped it anyway. I notified them well in advance of the shipment.

Ordered essential supplies with service id and needed to return a few things and all of sudden the customer service went out of the window and did not fall on the ground, cause I would have at least seen it there. It just flew off into space and customer service was no where to be found unless you had a 20 million power telescope and saw customer service orbiting space with no cares in the world. Never again will I order from this company while on the ground and in this world. Enough said....

Half of the package was damaged during the transit and package arrived 3 weeks late
