artnaturals®Reviews of artnaturals.com

Price Gouge!!! Price gouge !!! Ripped consumers off when In need. Saw a moment to cash in during the peak of covid and the shortage of hand sanitizer

Terrible. Worst Company. When I contacted you about a refund regarding a report that your product was poisoned and could burning your hands, you never answered. Terrible customer service Will NEVER recommended buying anything from your company

Order was never shipped. It took 6 months to get a refund. Idk if my order just got overlooked or fell into a bulk, but it wasn't a good experience. Maybe this is just an anomaly and everyone else has a good experience.

Excuses only go so far when a merchant cannot ship an item on time. Artnaturals cured me of ever wanting to shop with them again!

Your under 2 different names, you don't answer your voicemails, and you never answer your phones. I returned product, that I never got reimbursed for. I'm not the only consumer, my dear friend made purchases as well and never heard back from your company. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY

Delay in shipping by 6 weeks. Not even a response when I submitted a support ticket asking the status.

Product NEVER received. Non satisfied customer who will never recommend this company. Extremely poor customer satisfaction.

After a year buying this product it got released that your hand sanitizer had POISON in it. I am disgusted with your brand and will never use it ever again.
