I never received the item I purchased and never got any feedback, status updates or communication of any kind. After several attempts I did eventually get a refund. But after this experience I am less inclined to shop with this company in the future. K. Freeburg

Terrible and fraudulent organization. Avoid buying from this company.

So many reports of Carcinogenic ingredients but not one person cares to reach out or say anything to reassure me as a customer, nor do they share the info of the report that allegedly clears them.

It’s been over a year and I’m waiting for my refund for them sending me an open bottle of sanitizer with half of the bottle leaked out in the package. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Upon purchasing product, which website clearly stated was "In-Stock" and would ship "within 24 hours". Afterwards nothing, as if they ghosted me entirely. All attempts to contact this company failed and I was in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card when the item finally showed up 25 days later with no explanation. I did receive a message 45 days after purchase that they got my original message, only to tell me that the product finally arrived based on their tracking number and couldn't do anything at that point to rectify the situation. The product itself was one of the worst hand sanitizers I've ever used, it has a horrendously strong chemical smell and left my hands sticky and tacky. It would be more efficient to throw your money into a raging bonfire than to give it to this company with its complete lack of regard for delivering clear communication and a clearly inferior product. Avoid this company and its products at all costs.

My experience is really ducked. I cried for almost 3 days. All your products made my face break out and look like a festered carabaos ass. If I ever meet you guys in person, all I can say is I hope you’re wearing earplugs.Going to continue to tell everyone I know how stty your product is and if they use in their face is going to look worse than mine.

You charged me for 2 day express delivery. ($40?) and I got my shipment 5-6 weeks later. You ignored my request to cancel the order and you gave me no shipping refund. And this survey is coming 1 year after the purchase.
