The first gallon received was cloudy and off. The product was replaced. We haven't used it as we don't like the tequila smell. Will sadly not use this product, but appreciate their quick responsiveness during the height of the pandemic when nothing was available.

I was charged 4 times the price for the product! I was unsure at time of purchase but has since seen it for around 5 dollars after I paid almost 20 dollars. I ordered during pandemic so it also took weeks to arrive and by the time I received it, I had already purchased sanitizer off the shelf.

It had guaranteed fast shipping and then my orders shipped in like 3 months

The package came leaking essential oils and soaked through the box, which made the product unusable as it was supposed to be a gift.

I purchased a gallon of your hand sanitizer at a time when everyone was running out. I thank you for having supply. But the product is almost unusable. It is not a liquid. It's not even a soft gel. It's glop that is hard to get out of its container.

I gave you that score because when I was searching for a specific item your site showed up first and I got confused and ordered your item by error ( which i found didn't work like what I wanted).

The sanitizer was too thick, seemed like a gel and no where in the description did it say it was. The smell was also terrible, smelled like old burnt tires. Texture left behind was grainy. I could barely transfer to dispenser bottles. Ended up throwing out 3/4 of the bottle. It was a giant one. Disappointed, especially since a few months later, I saw bottles of sanitizer on the shelf from you guys and it was like normal sanitizer, liquid like.

I love the artnaturals hair products but I am hesitant to order online again because the shipping was so delayed on my last order. Maybe they were just backed up from the sale they were having?
