The hand sanitizer I bought from you -- many bottles -- was found to have unsafe levels of benzene. You should recall this product and refund your customers. Documented by valisure in their blog in April.

I never received my products and out $70. Contacted customer service several times and never got thru on the phone and never an email back until it was over the allowed time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My package was received opened and leaking, mostly gone. I contacted you, you said you would send new products and that never happened.

I never got my order and had to cancel

I desperately bought hand sanitizer from this company during Covid outbreak. They guaranteed their products and when I saw the same bottle for sale in Whole Foods for one third the cost I paid I wrote them about if asking for credit they never responded. I paid $45 for 4 bottles that they sold for $4 each a month after I purchased. They said money back but they lied.

Had to throw away all of the hand sanitizer I bought due to the ingredients being toxic. Not happy.

Oils themselves are great. Review is because they leak upon transit. You can pay to ensure if this happens you get your money back however through Groupon it never leaked so why would it leak directly from manufacturer. Ordered again and paid extra but honestly a hassle to go through so I have half empty bottles and frustration. Thanks for the option. Please just secure better like other brands

3 separate orders; first order of 6-8 was great so we kept ordering, 2nd was for 64 was terrible so it was replaced, 3rd (replacement batch) was also terrible, but passed the window for return.
