Product of the year, hands down!

Been a long-time Kickstarter backer, so backed this project as it was meant to be a sensory tool for my son's development. Sadly, after a very long time of development, my unit was stuck in Heathrow for over 2 months without any movement (about 2h away from me). I got in touch with Artiphon directly, who looked into the matter and resolved the issue by sending me a new unit. The unit itself is absolutely fantastic, and we as a family love playing with it. While comms wasn't the strong suit of Artiphon in the process of shipment (with some retailers receiving their stock long before backers did), the fact that Artiphon went out of their way to support me was just lovely, and the personal touch of getting direct communication from one source was what really turned this around for me. Thank you again!

I ordered my orba via gear4music and recived it next day did the firmware update as advised, sweet i love it, then i recived a email from artiphon telling me about some new sounds they have added i tried to test them out and orba became unresponsive i email artiphon and they resolve the issue right away. Im fully aware that orbas just a baby and will mature in due time.

Really enjoying all of the different instruments that are playable on the Instrument 1! Love the customizable aspects of the voices and the different touch options. It would be nice if you could edit the 4 original pre sets too. Very satisfied.

My INSTRUMENT 1 is an extension of my creativity. I can't imagine moving so quickly across a session without it.
