Scam site. Do not buy anything from this website. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing items. Never delivered. No contact from the "seller". Basically just stole my money. Absolutely terrible.

Artfire accepts payments from stolen bank details then offers no help with the losses. I have no idea of any details of an order ! This is an example of their help ! I was charged $4.99 for a "subscription" to my PAYPAL account from ART FIRE. I supposedly made an account with them back in 2017 but never purchased anything (nor did I list anything). NOTE: Nothing is showing for fees from them previously on my PAYPAL account. I checked as far back as I could check. So now 5 years later (after I supposedly made an account) I get a $5.00 charge? For what?!?! I can't even get into the ART FIRE account that they claim I have. I don't remember ever even making an account! I'm in shock!! I tried contacting the ART FIRE company and received no response after a week. I complained to PAYPAL and they gave no help. They said it was "authorized" ! Who authorized it!?!?! It wasn't me! Watch out for ART FIRE! It's a scam company! And PAYPAL will be losing my business, too! They can't be trusted!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I am SO frustrated. I ordered an AC unit OVER A MONTH AGO and have heard NOTHING! They are impossible to get ahold of. I'm convinced this is not even a legit business- IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

BEWARE !!! I seriously do not like to give bad reviews BUT this site is horrible. Artfire does NOT back their sellers or the customers who buy from them. I finally got paypal to see what a scam the seller was that took my money and recieved a refund.

They do not even deserve 1 STAR !!!! Art Fire is a scam website. Never purchase anything from this site!!! All the good reviews are fake. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

NO COMMUNICATION. Not from the seller. Not from artfire. It seems Artfire doesn't even care that scammers are running rampant on the site. There is no feedback or any way to place any trust in a seller. You will order something, no tracking or shipping notifcation. Open a dispute with paypal, and the seller will somehow come up with a tracking number delivered within the time frame to the same city you are in. Paypal will decline it, but with some detective work, you can win the case. Why on earth would a company let their website fail this badly? Do they just want to lose money?

I ordered 3 bikes from a vendor, “Jameshop” on the Artfire site 6/4/21. I haven’t received bikes or a reply from my emails requesting shipping info.
