Art BrokerageReviews of artbrokerage.com

I purchased some paintings from Art Brokerage and worked with Helen, they were as transcribed and arrived fast. Quick responses from sellers also! Would do business with again. TT

Working with Helen Tu at Art Brokerage to sell an artwork was nothing short of amazing and exceptional. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, a meticulous eye for detail, and maintained clear, ongoing communication. From posting the artwork to payment, every step felt seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Art Brokerage and Helen to anyone seeking a smooth and successful sales experience.

I recently made my first purchase through ArtBrokerage.com and it certainly won’t be my last. I worked with Helen; the entire process was comfortable, effortless, and friendly. Communication was easy. Art was exactly as advertised, packed and shipped like a Faberge Egg. ArtBrokerage is the next best thing to having a full exhibition in your living room!

I have worked with Art Brokerage for many years/transactions and I can not be happier with the company; especially with my broker. Robbie is awesome! Once I submit an inquiry for purchase, I get immediate responses within the day…even through the weekend! Albeit I was skeptical about purchasing art online initially but the first transaction went swimmingly. I’ve purchased mostly Erté sculptures to an 8’ tall Tolla that lives in our front driveway. Most of the paintings are 30x48 and larger and legitimate. Shipping and handling for all items, except for one delivery, have been well received. Please note that Art Brokerage does not ship the items, the seller is supposed to be the responsible party here. Now for the questionable items; two Erté sculptures were delivered in a box wrapped with bath towels only and not secured which caused the pieces to rub against each other and ruined the finish. Art Brokerage was gracious enough to give me options for keeping or repairing them and we declined their offers. Not a single cent was charged to us and the pieces were sent back without a glitch. Granted there will always be an issue with shipping & handling and deliveries with any company but Art Brokerage has helped every step of the way to offer to contact the original artist or help put a claim in for repair. Our most recent piece arrived yesterday, in excellent condition and can not wait to hang it with the rest of the Super Friends!!! Looking forward to adding more art to our growing collection through Art Brokerage!

This was my first experience with artbrokerage.com and it won't be my last. I worked with Donna Rose, who was extremely responsive and consistently communicated clearly and in a timely manner. The entire transaction was seamless. No complaints whatsoever.

I had a very good experience with Ms. Robbie Reddy. She was very nice. Communication was great and timely. She always got back to me within 24 hours which I really appreciated. The painting is lovely and I would buy from Art Brokerage again. Thank you!

Working with Art Brokerage has been a wonderful experience from initial contact with Helen Tu through the delivery of my artwork. An absolute A++++ transaction! Thank you Helen and everyone at Art Brokerage involved in the process.

After losing a piece of art in a fire, I was searching for a replacement and found that Art Brokerage was the only place that had it—though it would, of course, be a different number in the limited edition series of 250. At first, I was apprehensive about the process, but as communication evolved and continued, I felt more comfortable and confident that Art Brokerage is a professional and legitimate business. Helen Tu was responsive, helpful, and made the entire artwork purchase seamless. I highly recommend their services.
