What great luck that I discovered Pam Caughey and her online art school. She is an exceptional artist and teacher. I have taken several classes and have been part of the Art and Success Masterclass since the beginning. Pam has the ability to break creativity down into parts, such as the painting process itself. This has helped me, not to get lost in my inner creative chaos and during the process. I especially liked that we worked intensively on individual elements, such as mark-making, color, value and so much more, and then put it together afterwards. This showed me what I love about it and I can now guess something like my personal style. Exchanging ideas with artists all over the world helps a lot when you are always alone in the studio. Pam regularly invites guest lecturers to share their perspective and knowledge. One statement from Pam stood out to me: "It has taken me 30 years to get to this point. I'm teaching you everything I know, so it won't take you so long." Recommended for beginners and professionals.

I wanted to learn about what makes a great painting, design principles, color, and how to find my own voice but kept finding only technique classes. I'm so happy I found ART AND SUCCESS MASTERS (M1-12) by Pam. I've gone through the course, and I am happy to say I've grown so much as an Artist. I understand what I like, what I want to present no matter what type of medium I choose to use. I'm confident in my ability to critique my own work and others.

Pam has a Teacher's heart. She leads artists at whatever point they are at on their artistic journey. Her Courses are well structured and the online Community thrives because she communicates so directly, frequently and honestly.

I wholeheartedly recommend Art Success Masters Course to learning artists who are keen on elevating their art to reflect their inner personal best, while finding or fine tuning their authentic personal voice. It is flexibly designed for different levels of experience, and not restricted to mediums or styles, which is a big plus. Content wise, its 12 self-paced master classes delve deep into what matters in art: its backbone, flesh, soul, and language. But all the while, students learn to discover also themselves and what they really love to express with the myriad of techniques and applications they learn. What makes this course especially unique though is its very heart: Pamela Caughey. The course not only distills the best of Pamela’s knowledge as an exceptional artist and gifted art teacher, but also reflects the genuine, zestful, and highly inspiring person she is in its very core. Pamela has an innate gift for teaching and guiding without ever imposing anything, and this is rare. She has an enterprising personality and models by example. Her interest in the success of her students and in helping them become all they dream to be as artists is palpable and vibrates in the thriving art community I am now privileged to call mine. I believe this makes this course an art-life changing adventure worth much more of its cost and of the valuable college-level art education it contains.

Fantastic support for emerging and competent artists and a truck load of learning opportunities with classes, live interviews, demos and peer support

Pamela Caughey is a great teacher. The content of her courses is fantastic! It’s precise, thorough and really helps artists to improve their work. On top of that, Pamela is a very kind and supportive person.

This is by far the best art course I have taken and love the process of using the design elements to improve my art where it has never gone before. I highly recommend it. I wasn’t sure I could accomplish this as an online course but I loved it and although it is online there are so many interactive meetings it works!

I love this course. I love that you can go at your own pace. Pam is very thorough and probably the best instructor I have ever had. I've learned a lot so far, and I'm not really not that far into the course. Can't wait to see what lies ahead!
