It’s just the fraud company. I am in Australia and I ordered bonsai lotus seed in 7th of August 2025 today is27th of September, so far i did not receive any update of my purchase nor the tracking. I keep sending 100s of mails support center as they mentioned but no response from them. i lost my money DO NOT TRUST THEM ‼️

This organisation is complete fraud. I’ve purchased an advent calendar from them , as I found out, they stole video/advertising from another business! What they’ve sent me, at the end, is 10 times smaller than what they have advertised and looks like crap! There is no description size wise of the product on their website whatsoever. I’m out of $71 that they refuse to refund. Do not buy!

My wife ordered Christmas advent calendar. WHAT A SCAM!!! Product advertises as much bigger. Your company should be ashamed!! Ripping people off is what you’re doing. Buyer beware

I purchased the Gnome countdown to Christmas and feel that I have been scammed! By the video on FB it should have been 5 times bigger than it really is, Should light up and play music and it does none of this. I tried to share the link in this review but it’s not allowed. and I received an 8 x 8 inch box, no music, no lights for $124.76 AUD. A SCAM!!!

I ordered a Gnome Christmas Advent Calendar and the advertisement showed that it was a large container with unique gnomes (including lights, etc.). Well, the box that arrived was no bigger than 12 inches by 12 inches. This is deceitful and I am very disappointed because I paid good money for something that I thought would be a nice gift for Christmas. Shame on me. Oh yes - on the website it stated that there may a "slight" change in measurement.... Well, a quarter of the shown images is not what I believe a "slight" change.

Product never deliver. Tracking showed not insufficient postage. When I sent to customer service their first response was, will send another. One day later they send me a new tracking number showing delivery. Now just a complete run around. Just refund me my money!!

Ordered a mini electric razor with a pack of flints and wicks (paid extra $2.99 USD). Razor arrived without the pack of flints and wicks. Customer service sent me an email stating they can only refund $2.00USD!
