A huge shout-out to Matt at Arrow Extermination located in Lynbrook! 👏 After dealing with a horrible flea infestation, my house had to be fumigated twice. When I returned from the hotel, I was overwhelmed to see that Mike had gone above and beyond...he had stripped all of my beds and carefully placed the bedding, linens, and comforters into hefty bags. There were about six completely filled bags! During such a stressful and exhausting time, his kindness to help meant more to me than he probably realizes. He didn’t just do his job...he went above and beyond to make a difficult situation a little easier. All I can say is that I am deeply grateful for his kindness, compassion, and help. Thank you, Matt! 🙏 You are truly appreciated!

I found a small damage from termites with the termites still there. The manager showed up to tell me "wrong termites , not cover " lol I have been a customer of them for ten years and never asked for anything until this. The whole thing cost me less than hundred dollars and 2 hours of labor. All they did in ten years is increasing their price by 50% , nothing else. Don't waste your time and money with them

Best value for your money. They stand behind their termite bonds, and that hard to find.
