Bought a 32A 3 Pin 240V IP67 H07RN-F Extension Lead x 15m from them. I used it as anyone would, put the plug in the hole, the plug being a brand new pottery kiln. After a couple dozen uses over 7months (plugged in once and never disturbed), the connection between the kiln and extension lead failed, I was lucky the kiln controller realised the connector pins were burning the plastic connector (only 24A not continuous of the 32A rating). The issue could have been the pottery kiln although very much unlikely given it was a Rhode kiln known for their precision and craftsmanship. Would not recommend as huge expense for product that could fail and fail in a bad way.

I rung customer services first for some advice and the gentleman could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. I proceeded to purchase through the website, which was easy to navigate and a breeze to pay via apple pay. Top Class company and would highly recommend to anyone.

It’s got to be one of the worst interactions with a company from what should of been a simple query to cocky arrogant staff member pointing out I didn’t order a pair of trainers so the armoured cable I did order doesn’t qualify as important enough to receive a delivery window or tracking so the already busy work life we all have can be managed it feels as if I’ve just paid £189 to get an headache and a stinking attitude well done armoured cablenet sales staf.a thing to remember is if you do order armoured cable let’s say 25 metres like me and they fail in there delivery like me and it gets returned they will charge you regardless for the cable being cut from a reel despite there failure so when you get the refund it will be minus there cutting fee
