Steer Clear!
No! I have done everything right on my end. You advertise easy returns but you are not telling me how to return my item. I am not going to accept 10% $4.00 in exchange for $40.00 and no feedback. This is ridiculous! I have a wallet, that does not work for me, I am out the money and you refuse to make it right, then try bribing me to not share feedback. What? When can I expect return directions and then a refund? KIm -------------------- Sent: July 10, 2026 at 2:09 AM CDT Subject: 回复: Order #Amu27370 Dear customer, Very sorry for the all trouble. We checked the all details with our suppler, we feel so angry, we also are cheated by supplier, we feel so sorry. But this is our fault, we didn't check clearly before we purchase, we'll ask the supplier to improve our instruction, could you please give us a chance to solve this thing? How about we refund 10% you as compensate and you don't leave us any feedback, do you agree? Please let us know your idea. Have a nice day. Your website says easy returns and this is not easy. The wallet is in perfect condition, never used. Please tell me the return process. I want to order a different style but it took almost 4 weeks to get this one and now return is not easy. image0.jpegimage1.jpeg Dear customer, Thanks for your support and concern on our store.
