Had to wear multiple hats
Although I mostly enjoyed working because I had to great and fun to be with colleagues, I got to a point where I was too exhausted that I had to drag myself to work. It wasn't healthyanymore and I didn't want to continue working there's no motivation left in me. The main reason why I was exhausted was because I was doing the work of 2-3 persons at once. They didn't want to hire more people but kept pressuring me to double time and work harder
