IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD It’s the worst website ever. I bought two dresses and I received the order with a huge delay despite the fact that I paid way more for the fastest shipping. One of them even came completely different, in color and design, cheap quality like Shein but paid $50 and that wasn’t even shown on the website! bought specifically for an occasion that I had. But when I told them the situation, they said to me “but the dress that we sent to you is beautiful you must keep it or you will spend a lot for return it”. Dear Armiea team, is that what I paid for?? Mine was not an offer of ‘I send you some money, send me whatever you want’. And the most importa thing, IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, YOU MUST PAY FOR THAT and don’t blame the customer. I really needed my money back. Andafter 20 emails sent and an entire month looking for explanation, they were only able to send me less than 10$. It’s a shameful assistance service and the response that I received were so unprofessionally rude and disrespectful as a customer. I really would love to see this website blocked forever, they are stealing from people, they are selling other designer designs without consent. Worst experience ever.
