Thank you!
I had the pleasure and joy of working with AR Media, who truly went above and beyond in helping me recover both my Facebook and Instagram social media accounts after a pretty convincing phishing scam I fell victim to that enabled the hacker to take over and utilize my accounts since August 2024. From the very beginning, AR Media and Andrew's deep expertise and background as a cyber law attorney and media consultant really came through each and every strategy that he executed, with the utmost professionalism and dedication. Andrew worked tirelessly with Meta in navigating many unexpected and convoluted legal and technical processes including the removal of fake Meta Ad Accounts and IG's "blue jacket" or blue screen of death. The entire process took about four months, but Andrew's persistence and strategic approach ensured that I had the best chance of success. He kept me informed every step of the way, offering clear communication and comprehensive education underlying both AR Media's and Meta's internal processes. As a grade-school teacher, Andrew's guidance helped me stay patient and confident throughout the entire ordeal especially as a grade-school teacher. If you’re looking for someone to assist you or your business with any brand, public relations, and/or reputational issues (compromised accounts, news articles, SEO assistance), I strongly recommend AR Media and Andrew as your go-to media consultant. Thanks to Andrew, I got both accounts back, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of his hard work!
