Poor customer service; I waited a month for the perfumes, they never had any information, and when they arrived one was broken. I sent all the evidence, they sent me an email saying they would issue a refund, but they never did.

I had a really bad experience with Armafs. They sent me the wrong item, didn't refund me, didn't send the right product instead and their support vanished after few messages and it was impossible to hear back from them. Don't fall into this trap.
